77ck Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the 77ck website located at 77ck.io, including all pages, features, services, and content made available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts where separately stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 77ck that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territory" means any country, region, or jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or by Platform policy.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures as required by the Platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the Platform for Players based in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, you are eligible to register and use the Platform only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not located in, a citizen of, or a resident of any Restricted Territory in which accessing or using online betting services is prohibited.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent, or relative of a 77ck employee or business partner in a position that could create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by 77ck for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or intermediary for any third party.

77ck reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and deposits returned at the Platform's discretion subject to verification of the original payment source.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money features on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 77ck Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts, the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds, and may result in the withholding of withdrawable balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77ck will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 77ck support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

77ck operates a mandatory identity verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the previous three months), and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 77ck reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77ck accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Players in Bangladesh:

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Player's Account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account verification status. 77ck reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account Balance within approximately 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank card deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing times. 77ck does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified Accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank card withdrawals may take between 1 and 5 business days depending on the issuing institution. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the Account, subject to KYC verification. 77ck reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 77ck does not support multi-currency accounts. If a deposit is made from a foreign currency source, the conversion is handled by the payment provider at its applicable rate, which may differ from official published exchange rates.

4.6 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 77ck reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to dormant Account balances, provided such fee application is notified to the Player by email at least 30 days in advance. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant Account should contact support at [email protected].

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by 77ck are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Certain game types (including but not limited to live casino, roulette, and specific slot titles) may contribute at reduced rates toward wagering requirements. Full contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

77ck operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing offsetting bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome from bonus funds; using automated software or bots to fulfil wagering requirements; or participating in any collusion scheme in connection with promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from abusive activity voided.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within the promotional validity period stated at the time of the offer will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Balance. 77ck is not required to provide notice prior to the expiry of a bonus that has been clearly dated in its original terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is considered accepted and binding once the Platform displays a confirmation message and assigns a unique bet reference number. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming placement. Bets placed in error by the Player are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

6.2 Odds and Markets

All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error resulting in the display of manifestly incorrect odds (for example, odds that are significantly out of line with the fair market price at the time), 77ck reserves the right to void bets placed at such erroneous odds and return stakes to the Player's Balance.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 77ck in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond the period stipulated in sport-specific rules; technical failures affecting the integrity of the market; late acceptance of a bet after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not offered; or where the outcome has been subject to a result reversal by the relevant governing body.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's betting interface. 77ck reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets or for specific Accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.

6.5 Game Rules

Live casino, slots, Teen Patti, and all other casino games are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game's interface. These rules are set by the respective game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others) and form part of the overall terms governing a Player's use of those games on the Platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or in communication with support.
• Attempting to defraud 77ck or any other Player through collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access, scrape, or interact with any part of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or 77ck staff in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77ck Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software code, user interface elements, game assets provided under licence from third-party providers, and any compilations thereof, are the exclusive intellectual property of 77ck or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any 77ck trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any commercial or promotional context without prior written consent; or frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ck shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however arising.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any feature thereof, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 77ck's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in this Agreement limits 77ck's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77ck makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10 Privacy & Data

77ck collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77ck employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform sessions, stores passwords in one-way cryptographic hash form, and does not sell or transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud detection services strictly to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and fulfilment of legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

77ck is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible from within your Account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single betting session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 77ck support. Upon Account closure, any remaining withdrawable Balance (i.e., verified deposited funds net of any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to successful completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination by 77ck

77ck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; the Player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions; the Player's Account has been used in a manner that poses a risk to the Platform, other Players, or third parties; or the Player is found to be located in a Restricted Territory.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease. Any Bonus Funds credited to the Account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities that have accrued prior to the termination date.

13 Amendments

77ck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Players' rights or obligations — 77ck will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to the address registered on the affected Account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at login.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Article 12.1 above.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page indicate the currently applicable version of this Agreement. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting support.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to 77ck's customer support team for informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal channels, disputes may be escalated through formal channels in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of the jurisdiction in which you are ordinarily resident.
